MISSION
The NJABA Spanish Workgroup is dedicated to promoting the professional practice of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to providers serving Spanish-speaking clients. We strive to support current and prospective behavior analysts with the following:
- Resources in Spanish for behavior analysts and Spanish-speaking clients
- Information to better understand cultural and family norms in Spanish-speaking families
- Professional development goals for practitioners and companies
- Networking for all NJABA members who are interested in learning more about serving the Spanish Speaking population
MISION
El grupo hispano de NJABA se dedica a promover la práctica profesional del análisis aplicado de la conducta (ABA) para proveedores sirviendo clientes hispanohablantes. Nos esforzamos en apoyar a los analistas de conducta actuales y futuros con lo siguiente:
- Recursos en español para los analistas de conducta y clientes hispanohablantes
- Información para entender mejor las normas entre cultura y familia para familias hispanohablantes
- Metas de desarrollo profesional para practicantes y compañías
- Conexión para todos los miembros de NJABA que esten interesados en aprender mas sobre como servir a la población de habla hispana
